The Board of Trustees may, from time to time, establish policy and procedure, through actions to be known as 鈥淏oard Rules.鈥� Board Rules shall be adopted by the Board and may be amended or repealed, in whole or in part, at any meeting of the Board. All policies and procedures heretofore or hereafter established by adoption of resolutions of the Board or Executive Committee shall be and remain in full effect unless specifically rescinded or unless such shall be in conflict with the Bylaws or Board Rules.
